Java's PayPal Perm Limit Recovery Service

NOTICE* This is not a fraudulent action against PayPal, but rather contacting the right people. This involves providing the truth to someone other than a robot.

What is this?
I met the right people to get 25-90% of the funds in your PayPal released within normal bank transfer time, and up to 90% within 45 days. I'm selling my services to recover this amount. Your account may also be unlimited if you didn't actually do anything bad. In my case, I broke the Acceptable Use policy, and they couldn't open it open again.

What do I pay?
You pay 10% or $25, whichever is higher. I accept BTC/BT/WU. No PayPal, due to the fact my PayPal is still perm limited. You do not pay until you have the funds in your bank account.

Can I have some proof?

OH YEAH
Java helped me recover funds from an old limited Paypal.
Thanks very much sir.
Paypal allows anyone to do this. You just need to wait the alotted time and then they let you transfer your money out... Sorta confused here.
I offer a much quicker service. You can get up to 40-90% within 5 days, and up to 90% within 45 days, depending on level of chargebacks.
I have £20 in a paypal account, it'd be nice to get it back so I could buy L33T, how much will you take out of that?

Since that's very close, if not under, $20, I'll only charge you $10. PM me if your interested.
