I have some questions:

I've heard many things about being limited but nobody tells the exact situation, I have questions in my mind:
-Can get limited by purely accepting payment, while not sending it to main account? For example: getting 10$, getting 25$, getting 15, 10, 10 ... until getting about 100$ then I send it to my main. When does it get limited? when appecting or sending money?
-What do you do if you have a limited paypal account? you cant accpet/send any money? What if there are about 50$ stucked there? Are you creating a new account or what?

Please answer these questions as detailed as you can.

Vouch, this definitely works! I've made $83 over the course of 3 nights.
The grammar in your guide can be improved, though it's not essential. I found your guide to be easily understandable, and simple to execute.

The grammar isn't optimalized. i will try to fix most grammatical mistakes in the next version. it's because my native lnaguage is Dutch, not English.

I still don't know how the limiting works. i have been limited only once and that was on my US Paypal account. The only thing i think should help is making your main account verified. this gives Paypal less reasons to limit you.

I always just cal Paypal a few times. sometimes, if you're lucky, you get a really kind and dumb operator on the line and he/she just unlimits your paypal. but mostly this doesn't work so i just create a new one. the money that's still in there is lost. Just bad luck.

Create a canadian Paypal.
It will solve your problem.
