Makise Kurisu from steins;gate. Some people say she's really overrated but she's a well rounded character and some of the stuff she says in the show is really funny sometimes

Ayase from OreImo, or Tatsumi from Akame ga Kill.

Both are pretty swag.

Yuno Gasai, because in my eyes she's a perfect 10/10 she may have been a psycho in many people's eyes but she did it all because she loved Yukki and wanted to be with him, she went through all the pain just to be with him for one more year. A pink haired girlfriend who would be willing to protect me from everything and give her life for me if needed is just... perfect..

For male, Kaneki because of how bad ass he becomes
Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria is a masterpiece 10/10
