A lot of people do sell them, i'm sure its not allowed though. I never have and wont just to be safe.

Ebooks must abide by HF rules as well from what I understand. No SE, no blackhat activities, etc.

Drugs are not illegal in every country, for example Cannabis is no legal in some parts of the U.S.

As for eBook selling, just brush up on your Help Docs, if you're worried about getting in trouble, then there is probably good reason to be worried. Only start selling it if you know 100% you are complying with site policy, as well as the laws of where you reside. I'm sure selling blackhat eBooks isn't only not allowed on HackForums, it would be a criminal offence to instruct someone on how to commit crime.

OP if you'd like you can just PM me the spectrum of content that your ebook entails, there's not a chance in hell I'm going to buy it so you won't be losing a customer. I can tell you from extensive experience whether or not you can sell it here.

Regardless, there are a number of blackhat activities that are banned even in terms of discussion. Tread carefully and best of luck 🤝
