Well I'm just going to come right out and admit I'm actually Reserve/IceGuru/Alexander Lege. I signed up today because I was told a thread was made and I wanted to make sure no more action would be taken against Van Dyke in my name. They say not to look a gift horse in the mouth ... for once I'll listen.

To start off I want to tell Omni sorry for dragging HF into the drama but hopefully after I explain some more below you can understand why I thought it was "justified" (I was wrong).
There have been allegations that this was a big troll/scam among other things ...and I understand. There were things I left out because I wanted to counter sue. I had a great case too as you'll read but a mixture of laziness, life and curiosity got the better of me.
tl;dr - I'm sorry Omni. Please leave this thread up after you merge it so I can at least leave HF without people thinking it was some lame scam. (I've been here 5 years can you at least give me that?)
The full story:
I was reading an article on Techcrunch I believe it was about The Tor Project being sued. I searched the lawyer on FB to see how much heat he was getting and to my surprise it was none. I left a review of 1 star "Terrible service". This is an opinion and can't be proven false in an objective manner. It is therefore NOT defamation/libel since that would have to be proven false. So when Jason threatened to sue me for a review I really didn't care. Had he asked me to remove the review and admitted he was wrong for suing Tor (like he later did) I would have removed it. Instead he tried strong arm bullshit via a state proxy and as anyone who knows me knows...I don't go for that shit. Instead I was so full of myself I sold him my DOX using my girl friends account. Laughing maniacally I posted on HF thinking you guys would laugh about the 200$ I was paid. It wasn't until I stepped away to smoke a cig and came back that a 4chan thread and an old school raid was going on. I never asked for that....but I could have asked you guys not to... BUT that would imply you didn't make your own decisions and that's just not true. I sat and stayed up late watching 3 4chan threads go by laughing the whole way through. Anyone who has the archive links knows that I claimed my ID in each thread to prove I wasn't doing anything to help them out.
Sure enough I woke up to find he actually had filed on me in his county. Small claims court requires the case to be brought in the jurisdiction of the DEFENDANT (me). So that in itself should have been enough to get the case tossed out.
Ignoring the FACT that aside from the review EVERYTHING else in his suit was a lie.
Getting bored and just annoyed at this point so I'm just going to quickly greentext some key points to wrap it up.
