Tricks That You Can Do With Locked iDevices On iOS 7 Or iOS 8

Locked devices on iOS 7 or iOS 8 with Siri enabled allow you to use Siri when the device is locked simply by holding down the homescreen. Many issues result from this:

The ability to update a persons Facebook status (if they have set up their Facebook with Siri)

Simply say "Post to Facebook" then after Siri responds, say want you want it to post then click the post button.

Message another one of their Facebook friends:

Say "Text Facebook."

See their last 25 calls:

Say "recent calls".

Find person in contacts:

Say "Who is (namehere)".

Call somebody:

Simply say "Call (nameofpersontocallhere)".
Cool man, that's really nice. Didn't know that.
Could use this to troll friends :P

If this bug is legitimate, I am sure Apple will fix it quickly.

I don't think it's a bug...more of a tool having more power than the lock screen ;)

Thanks for sharing this the recent calls one was a good one.
There is the option to turn off Siri when the device is locked as far as I know.

1. Tap on Settings.
2. Go to Passcode (on iOS 8 or General -> Passcode on iOS 7)
3. Find "Allow access when locked".
4. Turn off Siri.

Nothing needs to be patched. It's just people must be aware of their options.
Anything lost, can be found again except for time wasted.
A vision without action is merely a dream. Action is the grind, it's the hustle, it's the persistance.
Will definitely use this on unsuspecting victims ;)
