I'd like chrome to save passwords automatically without ever prompting. And then additionally, if it's possible, export new login details to a text file. each time.

There are some tools on google for that check Nirsoft I'm not too sure about the save password you could probably just google it and see what you find. :)

I found what looked to be perfect. An experimental chrome://flags feature that skips the prompt and saves automatically. I enabled it but nothing changed, it still prompts and doesn't save if you click "nope". Maybe it worked in older chrome versions.
