VPNs won't work, I didn't say you're guaranteed to get limited, just the possibility is there and is 99.9% imminent, especially with large amounts of cash flow like I generate. I know a method which you'll never know to:

1) Get large cash flow ($900+ a week) and not get limited.
2) To use accounts in different countries and not get limited.
3) How to avoid limitation so my account lasts for a good 1-5 months before a limitation happens.

when you attempt to send money or when you sign up? because I have only verified my email and no need for cc or bank acc. once you login after making the acc just hit the paypal logo should take you to overview.
