A Build will work for unlimited amounts of victims, but the items are only sent to one set user.

No point in hacking any Steam items, just with 2-3 mails Valve will ban you(and all the accounts you traded those items) and return all the items to their original owner.

I have used this method for 2+ months and I have an inventory worth over 12k without being banned, that is with multiple account rotations however.

Although possible, from my experiences, I have yet to be banned.
