Quick overview given on lifehacker about a few features that are available, but not announced.
Don't find them all useful nor important, but that's not what it was about.
And the differences between read/write capabilities in Windows 8.1 compared to Windows 7 are better/faster, including its boot time.
My opinion on Windows 10:

Good :
The good side of windows 10 , it's, it got isanely fast boot time, the look it's very clean, it's running fast.

another thing that is good, it's alot of virus/mallware wont be able to infect system, because it's new. but in the down side it will be able in some time :(

Down Side:
The down side : it's rquire alot of ram Example 32Bit needs 4gb whic it's insane, but now i see more and more ram become normal. but in the other side, the people who got old pc and not got enough money to upgrade and want to test it can't.

and ofc drivers are not uptodate, because the system is new.

another down side, it's that many programs wont run on it at the moment.

Thats all (:
It's almost the same as Windows 8, just same based gui tweaks. But i'm sure the performance will be much better than Windows 8.
Another HF oldfag..
You cannot even understand how hard I'm laughing right now. Testing with Malwarebytes right after, be right back.

Malwarebytes scan cameback clean, awww.
How long do they intend to leave that now useless tab ? It's been like that since Windows 8, I think people will get it now.

My era of providing technical support and malware removal on HackForums is over, so you can stop PM'ing me about it. Sorry.
i've been running it in a multiboot system windows 10, 8.1, 7, vista, and xp all 64 bit editions with 8.1 as default, the only problem i have encountered is that sometimes it doesn't want to start or shut down correctly, other than that it's working great and even the programs i have tested on their works, the sims 4 played on it excellent
Are there hotkeys for the multiple desktop feature yet?
See I have it dual booted and I use it more then 8 or 7. They did great with this OS in my opinion and I hope to see more in the future.
Is this technical preview stable enough to use as a main OS?

You pretty much answered your own question here.

The stability of Windows 10 is mediocre at best. I've come across a lot of bugs and it's not smooth.

I've always had that tab working, I believe it's like that when nothing binds to startup.

Nah, it's because in Windows 8, they moved the Startup tab to the Task Manager, they "removed it" from msconfig but left that instead.
