How long will the basic edition take to receive a product?

The diamond edition takes more time, usually about a week for everything to click. But the rewards are more than that of the basic edition, as you can resell the codes.

Apart from money to purchase the actual products, an optional investment is needed. This investment will boost your success rate, thus potentially decreasing the time it takes. The size of the investment is around $5.

As for the time it takes, 2-7 days, often around 3. There's nothing you can do about this wait time though. So really, setup time is around 20 minutes.

I didn't buy this but the method is pretty well-known.

You change your Battle.net store region to Korea and gift yourself the product. The value in KRW -> USD or KRW -> Euro is lower than buying straight in USD or Euro. Be careful as some banks or credit cards charge you a fee for converting currency which may end up being more expensive.
