I've had pink eye before, you can probably use eye drops. Eye drops can help, never touch your eye considering it is contagious. Never touch your eye until it's gone, if you did or will, wash your hands with soap and water. You just have to wait it out really. Eye drops is probably your best bet. Mine went away faster than I thought when I had it for my first or second time.

Yeah had the same thing, just use to get a hot cloth over face and worked well.
