OK, so 5 hours after I've bought it, I think I'm able to tell u my results.
When I read the ebook first i was pretty disappointed, because i already knew the tactic and i was like "wow, i really paid 50 dollars for something I already knew"
But after reading it more carefully, i realised that there are actually lots of small things that i have never thought about but which are actually pretty important.
So then I set up everything and started to use it. After about half an hour:

My first knife, everything worked fine. So i just continued to use it, and after another 30-45 minutes i already found my next victim who send me my second knife :D

Another 45 minutes later, 3rd victim who sent me so fucking much items that i couldnt put them in a screenshot. However skins worth around 400 (400!!!!) Euro.
After I had made so much profit I was pretty much done for this day, however my mate persuaded me to try it with one last guy, and well, it worked :D
Once again too many items to put in one screenshot, but another 520 (520!!!) Euro in skins.
So my result after 5 hours of using this tactic:

And even though you probably wont believe you, this is true and fucking awesome. Can't wait to get back from school tomorrow and make another 1000 Euro :D

Alright, I'm ready to vouch for this.
I've got a knife and some other sick things. :)
But! If you are lucky you can get items fast but this method takes time. Lots of time and patience. It works though, so I can only recommend it, I've made some good cash today with it.

My inventory literally went from $350 worth to $820 worth in 1 DAY. If I hadn't split my "earnings" with 2 helper-friends It would probably be over $1100. This is a very brilliant idea. I also asked Truzzie for a way to get some good inventories with the steam stealer, as i've been trying by myself to get some (Without any luck ^^) So i think this is a very good idea.

Big vouch for Truzzie, I know this nigga in real life and lets say he was the biggest nerd in english class. Always came 10 minutes early and left 10 minutes later. This isnt spreading your file, you target people. Let's say you see someone with a knife in game, now that's your target and that is what my method contains. You find wealthy people and steal their inventories.

How is it confusing? You asked how this is different from any spreading method and I told you that you don't mass spread the stealer. You select targets over steam.
Spending 2-3 hours could potentially get you $1000+.

What I'm saying is, what's the difference between having common sense and having this eBook with your methods.

The way im getting my targets inventories is why this is different from any spreading method. Sure it's common sense targeting the wealthy people, which is obvious that I do. But getting those victims is what my method is about.
You won't get them by linking them your download link, or telling them to run that for a working hack.

This isn't spreading over forums or any basic spreading method, if you have a lot of experience in spreading this might not be for you.
Common sense can mean anything, common sense for you might not be for others aswell.
