Why doesn't Omni ban their IP after they receive like 3-4 legit scam reports? Wouldn't that deter people from scamming?

You can just call your ISP and request an IP change, so it wouldn't help a ton.

Yes this is very sad, but they do it because they have a high chance of getting away with it. I hope Omni takes a step in and start becoming serious with the scammers.

Then go on a big ass scamming spree.

Well, I got scammed by a guy a while ago..

And I made a deal dispute n shizz, and i was l33t at that time and i neutraled him and posted a scam report in the rep. - And people agreed that it was a legit scam report.

It ended up I was the only neutral/- rep him, and he could go on a scammingspree :-)

Then a day he pm'ed me saying that I should remove the thread and rep else he would -3 me, and since no one on this forum cares about it, i just removed my rep and scam report :-P

As sad as it is that this is often the truth I recon at least 25% of scams would not happen if users would check them for already open scam reports.

So I just looked through the deal disputes section and realized more than %70 of the 'scammers' are all Ub3rs. Why? I thought Ub3rs were trusted members as not everyone can become an ub3r

The funny thing is that they are scamming for $20 and $50 like wtf if you gonna scam with a Ub3r account at least go big with your scamming.

Because HF members are molsty 11 year old that would trust anyone with a rank that is paid aka uber or leet in some situations.

Rep is mostly paid for such users so they pay uber + rep = 100$ for example

then they scam someone for 500$ more or less and gain profit.

I honestly dont know what you would want to buy on this forum its such a bullshit forum full with scammers and epeen people.
