I was wondering if reflector gives you all the source code? I also already got the source code from this one .exe and was wondering how i could import the source code into VB and make a build? If anyone could help i would appreciate it!

You will get source code but not forms & controls in design mode... ;) So you will have to recreate gui again... ;)

You can also get designer files. There is an option 'export source code' inside Reflector. The only downside is that you will most likely get errors when trying to build the exported code. You will have to fix these yourselves.

.NET Reflector doesn't give you the GUI, as far as i know, JetBrains DotPeek allow you to do that, but it's for C#.

It does give you the UI code for sure. Ofcourse you wont get the visual look but the code is there.
