2 Websites for same servers? Same phone numbers and same TOS ... why do u have 2 different sites?

I was checking different websites for VPS Hosting and I randomly i saw this 2 sites wich has almost the same content.

We detect who deserves the right to be whitelisted after 1week of observation.
Most of the orders we get are from 12 year old immature little kids who think its funny to DDoS xbox players offline, or its funny to spam their teachers e-mails.
This script has probably caught more perpetrators than we could do so ourselves.
