If it is the case that you have to be upgraded as well then the wording should be 'and' instead of 'or'
But it is worth upgrading anyways, lots of cool features.

Sounds like Omni is desperate for money this month. Let's hope this is just a bug of some sort. Otherwise that is very cunt-like of him.

Soon he'll have to change the name of the forum to either "ReputationForums" or "UpgradeForums".
