Hey hf buddies, I've been back after a long time and decided to contribute my work to hf community. here is my crypter's public version. It is 0/34 Fud Scantime and runtime both.

You may need to register actskn43.ocx
Run cmd (As administrator in windows vista/7/8) and paste: Regsvr32 /s actskn43.ocx

Rar Password:
Find the value of x. 18x + 12 = 16x + 20
Convert the value of x into word like if you got 12 in answer then convert it e.g: twelve. Encrypt this word using md5 encryption.
Encrypt the md5 hash again and thats the password of this rar file.

Remember: Don't scan crypted file, stub or builder on virustotal or jotti scanner. Scan it on nodistribute.com.

Copy actskn43.ocx file to system32 folder and then register it: Regsvr32 /s actskn43.ocx
