Yes there is a chance for you to get banned , that's why you should have 3 or 4 alt Steam accounts with two of them with different IP so you can receive the items and keep them or if you want sell the items for cheap ASAP.
(I am not a support , i just know this , have used Steam stealer before).

Having different ip's on each account isn't needed, nor is having that many.
There are ways to securely transfer items to the main without all that hassle.
It is allowed to have several steam accounts so :p
