I will check the proxies using a proxy checker and report back :)

Also, we do not guarantee that they are 100% working, only that they were working when they were judged. We constantly judge the proxies, so the lists are as up-to-date as possible. Since they are public, we have no control over them.

Yes. The 'order complete' only ensures you that your email was added to the list. Even if the order isn't 'complete', your email will still be added to the list. This is just to notify you that everything went well, if that makes any sense...

Site's now suspended by it's hosting provider and I haven't received anything back from Rawr about a billing support issue. Guess this one's gonna be a PayPal dispute. >_>

If anyone else bought this garbage make sure you cancel the recurring payment profile in your PayPal account.

You have every right to be aggravated and all I can do is apologize, tell you what happened and set things right. Whether or not you try PS out again, I only want to ensure a fair compensation. No need for a dispute, as your refund (if you requested one) has already been sent. The website has been fixed and all is well to continue the service.

Well, at least you were honest in refunding (though it took so long PayPal would probably have cleared the claim in a day or two anyways...), but these lists are utter shit. Average lists are ~2300 lines, lines seem to get repeated in each email, each individual file has a ton of dupes and if that wasn't bad enough, most don't work / are transparent.

0/10, would not recommend.

There will be some duplicates simply because it is BETA, if I had not made that clear (I did).

These are public proxies, so I have no control over how long they are alive. If 5/mo is not worth getting a few thousand proxies that are pre-judged everyday, then this service is not for you.
