Hello HF! Today I'm going to teach you my way to never get banned!
Downloads
CCAPI 2.50: http://psx-scene.com/forums/content/cont...port-4350/
PS Ninja http://www.ps3hax.net/2012/11/released-p...-4-xx-cfw/
How to stay unbanned
Step 1: Install CCAPI 2.50 on your PC and on your PS3 (you will get an .pkg file)
Step 2: Connect CCAPI 2.50 to your PS3
Step 3: Install PS Ninja on your PS3.
Step 4: Everytime you change anything using homebrew, open PS Ninja and press on "Wipe History" and "Replace History"
Step 5: When you log in to PSN on a game you want to mod, change your console ID on CCAPI to "000000" This will spoof your CID and make it harder for Sony to flag your PS3.
General Tips
NEVER open homebrew while signed in to PSN
ALWAYS wipe history using PS Ninja when turning on your PS3.
Thanks for reading my guide, and I hope it helped you! I'm not that good at making guides, but thats something you gotta deal with.
Thanks for the downloads, i'm looking for this over 3 weeks! Thank-you so much!
Kind and best regrards,
Qata

No problem man! I'm glad I helped you out!
Once again a nice HQ thread Teppo! :P
This is a good tutorial, but just to let you know, PSNinja doesn't do anything.
How do I know this? I actually got banned on my CFW PS3 for some random reason, I guess because I wasn't protected enough so I wanted to try something.
I got a brand new CFW PS3 (was never online before) and I installed PSNinja on it. Before I got online, I wiped history, browser history, and one more option that I can't think of right now. I got on BO2, I had it for a month or so, and I was CID banned.
Also, I have a friend who actually works with Sony and he actually asked one of the supervisors how CID banning works, they say it's a automatic system, and if you change a CID to a blank number, it actually skips that CID and goes to a valid one (your real one). So regardless if you change your CID to 0s, you'll still get banned.

Thanks for the heads up! But did you use an Anti Ban eboot on Bo2? I have a few friends that mod Bo2 quite often and they've never been banned.

You also say that you've been modding BO2 which obviously is the reason why you got CID banned.
Neither spoofing CID or using PSninja will protect you completely (which I thought everyone knew) mod carefully.
Spoofing CIDs to 000's are stupid but spoofing to a previously banned CID will make it look like they've already banned the CID I'm/we're playing on.
Why didn't you make this thread with CCapi 2.60 instead of 2.50?
Thread was posted yesterday and you recommend people to use old version of CCapi.

And of course, you can always get banned if you are not carefull.

Of course I was using a Anti-Ban, as a matter of fact, I even use another modded file that works as an anti-ban aswell.
Also just to let everyone know... GTA V got me banned the first day I modded it, GG.
I think you missed out on ''disabling cfw syscalls'' thats what gets you banned when you disable cfw syscalls your ps3 appears to be on ofw use this method if your planning to go online most homebrew will not run, once the ps3 is rebooted its back on cfw mode again
or use psn patch (works on dex & cex) or sen enabler (works only cex) plus many options deleting history patching games to work on certain fws.
i can recall when psn ninja was first released the creator did mention this will not stop sony from banning in them sort of lines :)

I would use PSN Patch for everything but for some reason, when I'm on DEX, I can't log on to PSN while using a spoofed CID.
PSN Ninja will at least to some extent help you from not being banned. If you ever open homebrew, you should always wipe/replace history.
$323 :o i only payed $100 for a flasher and did it myself
hope you bought it for fun no won buys shit on ps3
Been looking for this for AGES!
Thank you so very much!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
