Some do. Don't listen to some of the members on here. Their opinions are very biased and untrue. Legitimate sellers will issue a refund if you put effort in trying the method, cooperate with the seller and don't abuse refunds.

I myself am an upgraded user of Sh1eld's PayIvy service, and it really helps me manage my sales. I'm also soon going to be implementing his additional services so that I can track IPs of readers etc.

If I see that a customer has repeatedly read the eBook, not leaked it, and can chat with me about what they're struggling with, I'd be more than happy to offer them a refund if they bought that package.

I don't know about other sellers, but I know that I play things by the book, pardon the pun.

The refund option is there just to make buyers feel safe, I myself refunded quite few people but then again I denied refund for pretty much everyone else. Does it mean I dont honor my policy? No, it means I'm not a fool though, just because there's a refund option it doesnt mean you'll get one 10 minutes after you purchased the product, not that member in particular but anyone else.

Most case scenarious goes like this.

1:00 PM - Product delivered.
1:04 PM - Sorry this is hard can i get a refund pls bro i need money back.
1:06 PM - you say you refund, refund me!!!
1:07 PM - Ignore list.

Am I a bad person? No, I even say to them open a dispute knowing they cant win one but if they want to, go ahead though. It's such business though, and unless you play it right people will make you look like a fool.

Now not all customers are idiots though, I had several people who actually tried and due to unforseen circumstances they were unable to do it right, so I refunded them, why I did that? Cause they wasted their time, and it's more than enough for me to acknowledge. But then you have people whos story goes like this(pretty much everyone tries to pull this off).

1th Nov - Product Delivered.
8th Nov - I need help
8th Nov - I reply asking what they need help with and they ignore my PM.
20th Nov - I want a refund.

Now that's another case scenario where you wont get a refund, pretty much because you refused to use the help you were offered and your main intention was to receive a free product. Do I have sleep disorder because of this? Absolutely not, I did my part of the deal. I could go on all day long, but it's pretty simple. Are you working with me and we somehow fail? Np, you're refunded. Are you ignoring me, not replying, and all of the sudden you want refund? Not gonna happen.

I bought one during my first month on HF and then wised up and never got one again. There is no such thing as a "get rich quick" scheme... there's a reason why most adults make their money through employment. Sure, there are niches you can exploit for decent money but it's nothing when you compare it to actually getting a real job with a college degree.

Truth stands, I never went to college actually, I dropped school at age of 17 which was about 6 years ago. You're correct, again. You dont magically profit, that stands firm. However with certain effort and assistance you may achieve that goal, truth be told many people failed, mostly due to the fact we're all different, hence you're here shitting on people while others are working. Also, in no shape or form I ever advertised my product as "make 1000$ a day", I dare you to find even a single word of me promising such insane amounts a day. Research on who you're speaking about before you do, makes you look like a fool. And yet again, insults are totally uncalled for.

And I love moron wannabe kids who pretend to care about community yet all they do is posting shitty/biased opinions, how about for a change you post something usefull so you can direct members into right direction without insulting people? I can understand there are shit products from your point of view, but talking in general will only bring more harm than good. In the end what you're doing right now is free advertising for all eBook sellers, and if you had slightest clue you'd figure it out by now. Bad feedback is often more beneficial than a good one, that's how much you know about internet marketing.
