so my employer finally decided that she wanted to a bitch and blame all of her problems about me, so now I'm finally going to lay down the book and give her more problems to bitch about.
She refuses to pay for a uniforn and gets mad when we don't wear it (because it smells like shit)
She refuses to pay for training that was required before we even started working (training was 15 hours long, ridiculous)
She docks peoples pays for reasons other than taking out a small tax % and medicare % as the state of texas requires from every employee's check.
For fucks sake, she found crubs on the floor and deducted an hours worth of pay from me. I'm not even the cleaning person WHO SHE HIRES!
The state of texas does not permit money being deducted from someone's check for any other reason than those two. Doing so is a state violation. I'm currently waiting for a department of labor employee to call me back.
Within the past year, she's probably docked anywhere from $300-$400 off of all my paychecks, and I have proof via text of her most recent one.
This is so god damn funny. She doesn't even know what's about to hit her tbh.
I'll keep you guys updated whenever I get my big ol' check for $100,000 or whatever.
**UPDATE**
So 5 hours later, here i am without a job. Not for long though! i recorded every single bit of the conversation.
After I brought up all of this shit she asked if i had talked to the texas workforce, and when i said yes she said "that's it, you're on your own and you're fired."
which breaks another texas law called "employee retaliation" LMAO
