Account isn't mine, only about 100PTZ are obtained by me.
You can buy things from the account in the "Shop" section, the delivery in the "Shop" function only delivers to the US and has a $10 delivery charge. (I think it's $10)
I can't buy from Shop because i'm in Australia, however the redemption feature is free and has NO delivery cost and DOES ships all around the world. Only problem with redemption is that you have to be there pretty early, or get some program to SMS you when the redemption is going on.
I highly doubt they will ban you, l0ckerz has no recovery function and currently it's listed to my house address and my email. I even changed all the passwords and addresses twice to actually have a record just in case.
Every single detail can be changed when anyone buys these accounts.

Haha, 4k accounts are much more difficult to find than 2k~ there are only 500~ videos on l0ckrz atm, so if it's not a z-list acocunt, watching all videos = 1k ptz, 2k ptz for z-listers, the extra 2k+ ptz will be from inviting friends/buying things from shop, which is the difficult and pricey part.

just offer if you think you have a price i will accept, currently got one for $40 for both.
