I don't know if i am right here. But I wanted to ask if it's general possible to find out a member's email adress on a forum.
The reason I am asking is because that google won't give me the required information I need. Though these google results are quiet useless, since I don't know that any information about that person.
I just want to find out who he is and what his email adress might look like.
For your consideration. This person knows everything about me due to my postings in that forum and after I have revealed him that we were classmates in college. Since then he is shutting his idendity away.
I'm just curious who that person is. My intention is not to harm anyone nor any attempts to really "hack" this person. Just curious which of my classmates this person might be.
The only information I do have is his username in the mentioned forum. Do I need any special software or skills, to get to his login information/email adress? (usually the login requires the email as the username or at least for a registration)

If you didn't want to put his id out in the public why would you come here asking for help????
Any way if you really need to find out some info I could probably see what I can do if you can find a way to get me the information that is needed.... i.e. his user name
and don't you want to know the forum's webpage first?

Here is what we need from you before we even start.
1. the forum the user is on
2. his user name
3. from there someone might be able to help you.

A tip is to make an IP grabber link, that you implement in a BB-Code img tag. As it will try to access the image it will make a request to that link, and you'll be able to get his IP, and the image will say it's broken afterwards.

I would consider not being hesitant if you're coming here asking for help. I already find this painstakingly stupid and would have already posted the info if I wanted someone to help me....

Btw, the username can lead to a lot of things, like a skype, or an account on a different site, which could lead to his IP, if it is not accessible on the webpage you are requesting.
But read my previous response, that should get you somewhere.

I have tried to use an iplogger, but he hasn't replied to my pm yet. waiting for him to answer me so that I can find out his IP. would his IP adress be more helpful for you guys?
Does anybody else have an idea or could help me out?
