I agree I love the service, great VPN and I love how easy port forwarding is, though it is nearing 4 hours and I really need to be able to connect :/ Hopefully he comes on soon, or maybe get some support guys :D

I replied to your pm. As for the support, I might get one or two but it's not high on my list because I usually reply to all tickets in under 12 hours unless something is up and we get only a few a day. Also for everyone else, expect an update in the client this weekend or early in the week. Modifying the configs and fixing a few bugs. -Ty (Jan 16, 2015 10:05 PM)Carl Elias Wrote: Sorry for the delay having computer issues and had a family day today. I replied to your pm. My problem is now solved, thanks man :) Also looking forward to seeing the update :) (Oct 22, 2014 01:49 PM)Carl Elias Wrote: Very shitty. Not even remotely ddos protected. A random skid with a webstresser did. And I would like for you to unban me by the way as I have not violated any of the tos. http://prntscr.com/5tpnue
Update:
Working on a few things this week and the next few. First off I am working on the connection issue. We will probably add a link so users can reset themselves. This is the most likely fix we will be providing for the time being. Secondly, we are looking into adding a new feature that no other VPN on HF has, and very few actually have. It will be a test run, but I have a feeling you will like it Finally, the client update will be out in a few more days. Finals are getting to me -Ty |
