Am I infected? I see very very high loss of performance in games and with every action in my PC recently.
- I used to be able to record videos using OBS, had no issues, now if I don't downscale to 1280x720 it's all choppy, after I downscale the choppy feeling just decreases instead of stopping, it GPU usage turns to almost max even when recording just the monitor.
- I used to run CS:GO at low settings with 1920x1080 and barely had FPS drops (fps_max 128), now I don't get over 100 with 1280x720.
- ShareX has an option to capture a specific region of my screen, when I use it, my GPU usage turns to very high, I'll record through phone since internal recording kills my PC.
- Aero suddenly fucks up my PC, I was getting 100% GPU usage with ShareX when having Aero on, and without Aero it's 60%.
- GPU rendering on Vegas became so slow, I can render faster using my CPU. (i7 3770, not OCed, 3.4GHz)
The video I said I'll record: http://a.pomf.se/hudynu.webm
I don't have any anti-virus/-malware/-spyware/-adware on my PC since I don't download too much crap.

To me this sounds like a problem with your GPU driver or the GPU itself. Do you have the latest drivers installed? When did this problem start? Is your PC custom built?

I always update my drivers using GeForce Experience, they're updated right now to the latest version and I update to beta drivers when possible. I also use Driver Booster 2 to keep all of my drivers updated.
This problem started around 2 weeks ago, and my PC is custom built. Started with an E8300 and progressed to this:

Which GPU do you have? Maybe it's time to upgrade, because your current one is getting old/broken?

I have a Gigabyte GTX 650 1GB card.
If I'll upgrade, I also need to buy a new case and PSU since my case is very small and my PSU has only 1 PCI-E cable :/ (+my PSU fan isn't working so I need to get a new one anyways)

If you'd like I can do a malware checkup, but to me this really seems like a hardware issue. Would you like to proceed with the checkup?

Sure, I'd like to see if I have anything malicious there

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
- Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
- Press Scan button.
- It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
- Please copy and paste log to PrivatePaste.com and post the link here.
- The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.

PrivatePaste shows me 502 error so I uploaded to my website instead

Download this file: http://a.pomf.se/ahzncy.txt
Save it to the same directory as FRST, make sure it's named fixlist.txt (VERY IMPORTANT). Open FRST and click the "Fix" button only once. When FRST is done fixing it will produce a log named fixlog.txt, post that here.

Good news, it doesn't look like your infected... We also cleared up 1.4 GB of space by emptying your temp folder. The bad news is, this probably means that your GPU hardware is the problem. Have you already tried reinstalling your graphics card drivers?

Anything that I can fix by myself or that I need to get a new one?
