I am trying to take down her home connection while she was streaming on twitch.tv When I used both individually they had no affect, when used both at the same time there was a very slight delay? Some viewers said they had very small amounts of buffering but all in all no affect on her home connection.

I believe she may have upgraded to the highest user package that cox offers, maybe business internet. My question is. Generally, public/paid booters are pretty crappy.
Even if they do advertise power, it's most likely a lie.
Even if it wasn't a lie at one point, it probably is now since everyone's buying it and using it and bringing down the available power for your attacks.

I am busy right now so I did not read the whole post, but I know that the NovalyTech free stresser is good at taking down home connections. The owner also sells APIs that are VERY hard hitting.

Does she use about 3-5 devices on that network, because that should mean she should have problems, I heard when I switched, that Cox people have every device fighting for bandwidth. If so, its the booter.

Buy an expensive one with a lot more power.

That's why you don't use SafeSkyHacks and Toptenbooters to find good stressers... Titaniumstresser has insanely weak power due to there being like 50-60 people booting at once most of the time and the owner of Darkbooter ran away with the money. Look on the Marketplace for some good stressers like V-Dos and Hornystress, their cost may be outside your $5 comfort zone but you get what you pay for and a good stresser gives you a LOT.
