For about a month now, my CPU has been spiking to 100% and everything kind of just freezes. I can click around and everything, but nothing will work. My browser just continuously loads, although I can open a new tab. I usually only notice it when I'm browsing the web. Sometimes it happens when I tab out of a game and browse the web. A couple times out of the very many times this happens I have had a blue screen. Sadly I don't have any .dmp files for you to look at. My CPU is water cooled with the Corsair H110 and my temps generally range from 25-35 Celsius. Everything stays relatively cool in my case, even when gaming. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: Sapphire Vapor-x 7970
RAM: 16GB Crucial Balistix Sport
MOBO: Gigabyte 990FX UD3
PSU: EVGA 650w
OS is on 120GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD and I have a 1TB WD Blue drive for storage.
If you need any other information, just please let me know. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
First things first, is your PSU strong enough to support your hardware?

Yes, I forgot to add that. It's 650 watt.

Do you know what process is causing this?

I don't, I was lucky to find out my processor was at 100%. I'm unable to open anything such as the task manager until it stops. I'll try to keep it open beforehand and keep an eye on it.

Okay I'll tell you what we're going to do. I'm personally really bad with hardware but I will give you a checkup for malware and if there is none I'm going to send you to our hardware troubleshooting forum.
Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
- Right click FRST to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
- Press Scan button.
- It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
- Please copy and paste log to Pastebin.com and post the link here.
- The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe). Please also paste that along with the FRST.txt into your reply.

Everything seems to be in order, there's just one thing I want to check.
Please upload this file to VirusTotal and give me the scan result: C:\Windows\System32\LogonDll.dll

You mean logoncli.dll? There was no LogonDll.dll in that folder.

Everything seems to be in order then. I'm going to send you over to the Computer Overclocking, Customizing, and Hardware forum now, you can make a new thread there.
