Went to make a transaction with SoulZeh, payed the money, he claimed sent but it never arrived. Waited, gave him a chance, and he won't pay me the money back either. Can't really charge back either as I sent as family/friends and it's a digital good(buyer not covered?).

Now I did give him a chance to fix it, and as much as I'd love to believe his stories about it being somebody else holding the coins, it seems unlikely as he first blamed it on the BTC network being slow, then said he'd get it sent first thing the next day, and now is saying that he's not the one holding it and still won't refund me my Paypal.

With that note, I am giving him more time to fix this and believe that he may very well have intentions to do so.

I know SoulZeh well, I can't believe he would do something like this but unfortunately the scam report looks legit. Are there other scam reports recently opened about being scammed the same way? If he is on a scamming spree like the user above said, this is truly sad and disappointing.

EDIT: According to SoulZeh, he is having problems with his BTC Wallet "guy" and said if anything happens he will pay out of his own pocket. Hopefully he pays you soon.

Sucks if he is doing it, though he claims that he's not the one that holds both the PP and BTC funds and that he's doing what he can, doesn't sound very realistic imo. But yeah, check OP, linked some other reports and there's another member or two in his rep claiming he scammed them that haven't posted a report.

Well hopefully his story is true, I would hope he didn't scam you. Even if you sent via friends/family or digital goods you can still charge back, if multiple people chargeback it's likely you all will win too, explain the situation or come up with a story about how you meant to send as goods/services but must have clicked the wrong button or didn't mean to send it to this person and mistyped the email address, you would need to chargeback sooner rather than later though.

I've never once claimed it would be fixed in 24hours, that's just the amount people have waited... Yea, it may seem it's fishy as fuck, I'd say myself it is, but I'm still waiting on my business partner getting into contact with me, then we can sort this shit out.
