If Omni wants his OMC recycled (by paying OMC to get EP1C), you're not allowed. On contrast, if he doesn't want his OMC recycled, you're free to do so.

Members are allowed to request account upgrades via Service Requests, so I don't see an issue with you offering a service to do so for 3P1C. There's no direct rule against it so you shouldn't worry about it. In the end, it all depends on whether or not members trust you enough to use your service. If it is against the rules, a Staff member will respond to this thread or close your service.

Last I checked you are allowed to do this. What you are not allowed to do is sell the OMC award

This is NOT allowed for 3P1C. You can sell your OMC in the exchange. You cannot offer to upgrade members directly.

The goal is to get more people using OMC directly and not just using a 3rd party to do the dirty work for them. This has been in place since 3P1C started.
