Because the email from there is fake. The only thing that needs to be valid is the email address. You have to use a real one.

Okay. I will PM you one. I am surprised how codes won't work for you guys, I seriously say they always work for me. I got like 13 codes from that website, maybe when you redeem it you don't use a correct location on xbox.com. I always redeem it using xbox.com/en-US
