I would love to see this idea be implemented. Think it would be nice to see which leader blacklisted them as well as have the option to enter a reason so that group leaders are always on the same page.

Omni has said he thinks groups need more tools but he never does anything about it.
So it's a good idea, 2-Auth isn't implemented yet, so this wouldn't be for months lol

It would be nice to just get this on his to-do list. I get that a lot of things take time to get implemented :)

The way MyBB works with groups really shouldn't matter I'd say. It's basically like adding a member to your Ignore list. Because that already exists, it should be a little easier to implement this. I agree with this completely; you won't believe how many times Roger Waters sends a join request to Titans..

I agree, although I've been in 80% of current groups and I was accepted through UserCP with a few of them.

But yes, that's why I stated that this feature was "somewhat" denied. He likes the idea but he thought that MyBB should implement this. That was like 3-4years ago and MyBB hasn't made any changes or tried to implement something similar. So I thought a new suggestion thread should be posted to see if his mind has changed any on the issue.

That's fine with me, I don't really care that it might take awhile to get around to. Just to get it on the to-do list would be nice 😁

If you apply through userCP, and don't get accepted or denied, you can't apply anymore. It tells you when you applied and that's it. The box is gone, so isn't this similar?
