I have this ardamax 4.3.4 version, registered already, but i am not able to view my logs, the logs do not come in even in email and ftp files, only test logs came in, what should i do about this and i have contacted their support email but no response yet on this, is there anything i can do about this?

The serials dont work for me. I get a message "Your license key is not valid for this version. Would you like to upgrade it with 50% discount?". I would be grateful for a new one.
