So, how about you offer up some proof.
I would like you to get 50 working proxies, and you test them yourself to ensure they're working. PM me the list, I will then put them into the program, and record it.

If it works, then you're not giving an excuse, if it doesn't work, then you will prove you're a scammer. This is reasonable, and more importantly fair.
