The user is asking for a refund based on the fact the software doesn't work. You state in this thread "...Because it is working fine on my end." Then prove it. If the software is proved to be working then it would clearly be on his end and this thread probably wouldn't exist. Don't forget the underlying meaning behind his pathetic attempt at getting a refund and why he was upset. The fact that your software isn't working and from what I have seen on your sales thread, 3 people have stated it doesn't work, not just him.

All 3 customers who posted on the thread are socialmediasuppliers friends who ONLY purchased the bot so they could make a fake report saying it does not work. If you didn't notice that then WOW.
