Try restarting the system or Laptop and check if you can see the ads again , after few seconds or a minute

Since I am still learning I sent the logs over to Null Byte so he can make a fixlist.

Issue is still unresolved. If someone can help, please do.
PM me your TeamViewer details and I'll take a look into it, otherwise it's probably best to wait for someone to create a fixlist from your logs.
Prada, Can you please Reinstall Google Chrome while having the option to delete cookies and cahce too! Try that first and tell me how it goes.
Guys, it's my internet that is causing this. Is that fixable?

Every device that is connected to my internet is giving off these ads including my iPads, iPhones, and google chrome laptops. When I switched to 4G the ads stopped.

O.o Change your dns servers on your router mate and see if that fixes. Change it to googles 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
Yeah sounds like something changed some settings in your router.
I cna help you babe i do this alot lmao
I reset my router and the problem seems to have stopped... going to keep this thread up just in case the problem comes up in the future but I think I have found my resolution. Thanks to everyone that helped me.
Usually that indicates that a device on your network got infected which logged into the router and adjusted the DNS settings. I would suggest getting a checkup done on each computer that connects to your network.
Did you load the fixlist I gave you?

If you don't know how to load it let me know.
