Hello, I was wondering is it allowed to give make / give away a tutorial on how to fully verify your paypal account? This isn't illegal, or involve anything blackhat related. This would require your personal information for this to work, so you can't use fake information with it.
If you're using your personal information, what would the point in a tutorial be? PayPal literally hand-holds you through the process.

Because this will fully verify your account, so you'll have no limits on your account. Plus you could actually get your money from paypal to your bank/card. And if you have a business account you can order a paypal business debit card. 🤝

All you would have to do is follow the instructions when linking a bank account to your PayPal.
So there isn't a point in creating a tutorial on how to use your personal information to verify PayPal.

Well within this tutorial it won't just explain how to link it to your paypal, it'll explain how to obtain a free bank account / card using your personal information. You can't just use any information because it'll ask a few personal questions before you can finishing signing up.
Well this would be useful for underage kids who can't get a debit card or bank at their current age. Other than that the tutorial is kinda useless since it shows you how to verify it.

You'll have to be 18 years or older to use this method / tutorial and it's completely free. So it could actually help out quite a few people, but thank you for your input. 🤝 As signing up for banks in your local area or online, they normally charge a minimum deposit fee well this wouldn't require any of that.

If you're referring to the e-trade method that method has been public knowledge for a very long time. :P

Nah I'm not referring to that method, but either way Factor8 sent me a private message and I sent him information about it awaiting his reply now. 👍 Regardless, if I am giving this away for free if I am allowed 👍

Most banks require you to make a minimum deposit of $20 - $50, depending on the type of account you open.
No. You don't need it if you're legit. You follow PP instructions.
