I am assuming you are refering the the UDP DoS shells. These shells can be scanned for using Pycurl or any other code that has a curl module. Just scan for ip/udp.php and then split the return with a key word like "ddos" and boom you got a list of udp shells. These are basically just PHP shells that hit as hard as PMA does per bot. If you want to hit hard you may need up to 100 working shells for even 1Gbps since these are just web servers sending attacks. Most shells have an API system which works like such vulnsite.com/udp.php?host=123.123.123.123&port=80&time=30 The things after the question mark are called GET parameters ( ?host= ) These are used to pass data to the PHP program. How in the actual hell do I have slaves (2 to be exact) when I HAVEN'T STARTED SPREADING YET. I'm serious. I haven't spread except to my own computers which only I have access to. I'm using a no-ip with a 4 digit number before the .no-ip so someone making a typo in both that AND the port are astronomically low. I'd really like to know.
