And I called them over 5 hours worht of time and an agent put me on hold for 20 minutes on one call and when I said she had down syndrome, she got mad. It's 20 fucking bucks. I know it's only $20, but ffs, it's money i'm not getting back now and I don't know what to do. pls help.

EVEN GAVETHEM THE TRANSACTION ID, they were like HURRR can't find it.

What have happend, don't call PayPal they suck.
