I've seen people claim that one of their languages that they have a talent for is XML. Do you agree with this? I don't believe XML is a language you can be talented in at all. I can see HTML and CSS being languages one could have talents in/be skilled at, but not XML (for me at least).

What're y'all's opinions on this matter?

You'd be surprised how many people don't know how to use and read XML files correctly so any "talent" they have for it is worth something.

XML is general, absolutely not. However, in Android, XML is used to style the layouts and therefore one could be talented in designing a layout using XML

And some games, such as, I believe, Grand Theft Auto IV, use XML for data storage like weapon accuracy/damage, etc.
