Hi guys, I've been using Photoshop CS6 for a while, as well as the timeline to create gifs, however recently it's not been working great.

Basically when I create a new frame, if I delete a layer, part of a frame it would delete the layer in all other frames, e.g:



(Look at the bottom)

If you need me to expand on this, please tell me to do so.

just make 2 layers and hide the other.
