Not sure what I did, but I locked my PC, cleaned my keyboard without unplugging it (just a wipe down) and im assuming something I pressed did this, my screen went black and No Signal.
I restarted my PC and it doesn't go past BIOS, but bios is frozen and I cant select any menu options, Its literally just stuck on the Gigabyte screen and theres nothing I can do. Any suggestions?
Try with no keyboard or another one.
I tried with another keyboard and the same, nothing. But...
Im not sure what happened, I left it for ages, played some xbox and after about, 10-15 minutes it suddenly loaded windows, I don't really wanna try and replicate it again, but ill see what happens next time my PC gets shut down. It seems that just Bios takes forever to go through.

Do you live in a dry climate? If, it is a "yes". Disconnect the power cord from the computer. Press the power button. Reconnect the cord and press power button again. See if it makes any difference. Make sure the case is clean inside.

I live in the UK, so its fairly rainy and humid (I think, Not to sure about weather terminology)
Funnily enough my PC is actually very clean inside, I took it to work last week and used an industrial compressor to clean it, and I did indeed try that trick too and Bios got stuck as normal :(
You might try resetting BIOS to defaults by removing CMOS battery and disconnecting the power cord.

Ill give that a try when I shut my PC down, Thanks for the help!
I had a similar issue with a laptop. It was stuck on the BIOS splash screen and would accept no inputs. I opened the laptop and pulled the CMOS and it still didn't work.
Hard disk drive (HDD) could be malfunctioning or have bad sectors use manufacturer HDD diagnostic tool to view health of the HDD and to swap bad sectors with spare good sectors.
