This method really has the potentioal to earn you hundreds a week, but as a starter you might earn less, about $80 a week. Usually they are yes, but this method isn't usual, its a whole different method as those 'Sell your stuff on eBay' eBooks. I hope I have answered your question. Setting it up is half of the work. If you're lazy that can take up to 1 hour, but most people will do this in about 30 minutes. After this it will only take 15-30 minutes to make your first $10. How longer you will be using this method, how more you'll earn. No, you won't have to make a website or anything that involves coding/programming.
