Check you msconfig, look for anything weird, then restart pc.

Download and run Process Explorer from System Internals suit. You might be able to see the process hogging the CPU.

When it goes up, make sure to have Process Explorer open. If there is a rootkit, you will not see it most likely.

Run TdssKiller and make sure to check the loaded modules option. After that, remove any Malware it finds.

It could be a virus that activates later after the install I have had a few of those before. I would suggest going into windows safe mode then run a few scans and look for it there... If you havent already

Are you multitasking? Doing intense things, especially on a laptop, can do this without malware.

I scanned with everything you guys said Nothing Found.

I'm not multitasking idk whats the problem. Right Now there is nothing my CPU is normal.

But some times it gets really bad...

make sure your pc is not over heating, try checking your fans and such.
