So basically yesterday I bought a 12 month from Brown, and today I looked at my email to see that my membership was cancelled?
Anyone know what could have happened?

If you still have gold on your account I wouldn't worry about it, whenever I buy gold I always cancel it so it doesn't auto renew, I like to renew it myself

Make sure you don't have an declined credit card on the account or you wouldn't be able to renew gold until you pay the fee that was charged to your declined credit card.

It may be a carded code.
That guy was sketchy anyway in my opinion.
I would call Xbox and tell them that your live just disappeared, they might be able to give you more insight on what happened.

The only explanation is that the code you had bought was a fraud code and xbox took it away your lucky you did not get banned if it happens agin you might tho.

Well at least my GT didn't get banned, or I would have been kinda pissed ha ha.
