I know it looks a little grey, but its fine. Im currently downloading GTA v and its still got another 7 hours. There is no region lock and the game is full english.

IMO, no. You can still play singleplayer and online as it's the exact same version of the game. The only difference is if you want other to see that you're playing.
You could even just add it as a non-steam game on steam if you want the overlay.

Try and disable hola, if it doesnt work with it disabled, try it again with it enabled.

I keep getting 404 errors no matter hola or not. Because I login without hola its fine and then I enable hola and add the game to my basket. But then I seemed to be signed out, so when I go to sign in with hola I get a 404 error. No matter what I try nothing works, any help?

Hola does not work, for me anyway. I just googled Brazil Vpn and used one that you could download and use for free. Bang, no more 404 message, saved ourselves 30 USD or so, great post OP, and I would up rep alive but I don't know how xD. Thanks for sharing.
