Hi any lead where I can start to code up my own crypto locker? Can't find any open source :s

The theory of a crypto locker is simple, you have to search files on the disk and encrypt them, you can choose to crypt only .doc files or .txt, it's as your liking.

You wont find sources of CryptoLockers on HF, because it's not allowed.

Hi, I am building my own crypter (well modding an existing one :").... ) I dont really understand where the "encryption" happens. I know its in the stub, but I dont know what code lines are actually the enrcyption thing. Also, the file wont open without stub.RES . What is this file? Why dont I get it when I save the .vbn in another file? What does it do?

In a crypter you have two parts, the Decryption of the PayLoad and the RunPE, so in your stub you should have a Decryption first & the Injection part if it's a runtime crypter.
