I have just added Omnicoin to the source code of WalletGenerator.net and the site owners have merged the code, so Omnicoin now has a paper wallet:

Basically, the site lets you generate a private/public key pair online based on random mouse movements, and you can print it out on a nice looking paper wallet to fold up and keep.
