Let's say i have feather wallet in it there is $50k in XMR. i wanna use for after 5 years. If feather wallet discontinues then do i loss my XMR Coins? or Is there any way get my XMR back even feather wallet discontinues?

xmr is not stored in the wallet itself, it resides on the blockchain.
as long as you have your seed, you can use any other compatible wallet with xmr.

Are you able to export your 25 word seed and import it into an official software, like Monero GUI? That’s the best way to know if your seeds would work with any other wallet.

As others have said, the seed should always work.

Also, what you should do is keep a copy of the install executable of the wallet. If Feather ceases to release or is shutdown then you shouldn't trust unofficial downloads which might be backdoored.

I keep all my important programs I need on a USB stick. I can buy a fresh laptop, drop in the USB drive and start installing without any internet access.
